I implement features to written agile user stories following TDD best practices, contribute to story refinement (feasibility) discussions, epic breakdowns, acceptance criteria definition, sprint planning and retrospectives. Additionally, I report and solve identified defects and explore the latest implementations of AI Technologies for yearly innovation projects.

Designed and prototyped a modernised careers program website using Figma and user research, improving information architecture and task-completion rates by 35%. Enhanced page navigation and interactivity through evidence-based UX best practices, reducing bounce rate by 28% and increasing average session duration by 3.2 minutes.
Data Engineer Intern

Designed and developed a Python-based web scraping tool with Kivy GUI interface to collect and structure datasets on digital skills and online courses for economists. Created detailed onboarding documentation and training materials enabling adoption without developer support. Automated data collection pipeline reducing manual data entry time by 8 hours per week and improving data accuracy from 78% to 96%.
